Umarex Notos Slip On Moderator Silencer -9db

Mounted device, tightened the Allen screws. Fired several pellets. Pellets were hitting silencer as they passed through and were being deflected all over the place. Tried to align the silencer with a .22 cleaning rod in barrel, no help. Frustrated, put moderator grande in ghe spare parts bin. Was a good idea to cut back 10db but doesn't work.

if you want to lose all the precision of your weapon buy this product... and don't be careful about the quality of finish too... for my by it ended up in the trash.
and no response from the seller…..

The first time I used it I thought I had a miss fire. I think the PSI maybe reduced but I didn't want to break out the chronograph. But she runs so quiet no I'm probably going to have to do a before and after. Well maybe not with that grub screw issue.

Grande still too noisy off my back deck. Disappointed as neighbors are concerned. I would have paid more to get a truly quiet silencer for my new Notos. Thanks though to Bravo 3 for the nice handguard. Now that is a winner..

I installed the moderator and my accuracy went from 1/2" at 20 yards to over 2". I didn’t really noti e much of a sound difference. I would pass on this one.
