Returns are accepted 15 Days after delivery date. There will be a 5% transaction fee to cover credit card fees. 

Returned parts must be in the same condition it was received. 

• Before the order ships: A cancellation or refund is subject to a 5% transaction fee to cover bank-processing fees.
• After the order ships: The customer is responsible for all costs to ship an approved return back to Bravo3d. The return must still meet the eligibility rules on this page.
